This is actually a pretty good idea - but it seems to be missing a few features -

1. Use the current Vista / 7 fonts / theme layout
2. Allow drag and drop reorganisation
3. Allow deletion of entries from the start menu using right click (context menu)

Actually, having used Start Menu XP Pro for a few minutes, points 2 and 3 are severely limiting the effectiveness of what could be an excellent piece of software

Please note that Start Menu XP don't related to Vista Start Menu.

The Vista Start Menu replace the whole menu.
The Start Menu XP replace only "All program list"
in second case you may enjoy native system search and last used
program list + new features like Virtual Groups of Start Menu XP

Start Menu XP use the New engine this engine will appears in
Vista Start Menu starting from version 4.0

If you have installed both programs then you don't see Start Menu XP
since it related to System Menu. To see Start Menu XP you may hold
shift and click over orb button. In this case you will get access to
System Start menu and you will see Start Menu XP when click over All
programs list.

As you see you can use both programs together but this has no seance.
So you need to select which program to use.

Please note that the key from Start Menu XP compatible with the next
version of Vista Start Menu which will be released in August-September.
