Start Menu XP

The program makes the list of programs "drop out" just like it did in Windows XP. You can also organize programs in "virtual groups". Groups can be "folded" to make finding and launching programs easier.

adopt the 'Main in Folder' feature from Start Menu 7.

That should make our work easier when being cooperated with Grouping feature.

Make it skinnable.

One shortcoming that I have noticed is that there is no way to change how the groups and programs are displayed.

click on the folder to open it

I much prefer to be able to click on the folder to open it, instead of having to hover my mouse over the folder to get to the shortcuts.

Allow drag and drop to desktop or other toolbar.

Since this menu doesn't update the list of recently used programs it would be nice to be able to drag a shortcut to the desktop or a toolbar for programs used frequently. There is no way of doing this unless you quit the program first.

Is there a way of increasing the character width of menu columns. When you open a folder it would be nice to see the full program name, it appears if the program name is bigger than the column width you don’t see the full name. This is a problem...

Remember how to drag & drop - and you will have no problem sorting your folders - folders are just a 'right' click away. Remember XP and how to use it - thanx - it looks interesting - I'll work with it for a while.
